AGE VERIFICATION POLICY – FANG LLC

FANG LLC sells firearms, ammunition, and related products that are subject to federal and state age restrictions. By placing an order at fangllc.com, you certify that you meet all applicable age requirements for the items in your order and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
This Age Verification Policy is incorporated by reference into FANG LLC's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall govern.
Age Requirements

Handguns, lower receivers, and handgun-specific ammunition

Long guns (rifles and shotguns) and long gun ammunition
18 years of age
FANG LLC applies the most restrictive applicable age requirement to any order. If an order contains items with differing age thresholds, the higher requirement applies to the entire order. FANG LLC reserves the right to set minimum age thresholds above what is required by law at its sole discretion.
Verification Requirements
For all ammunition and firearm purchases, you must provide the following at the time of purchase:
Your date of birth
Your driver's license number and issuing state (or equivalent government-issued photo ID)
This information is used solely to verify your age and eligibility to purchase regulated products. It is collected, retained, and protected in accordance with applicable federal and state law, including ATF recordkeeping requirements, and as described in FANG LLC's Privacy Policy.
Verification Process
FANG LLC uses reasonable methods to verify the age and identity of customers purchasing age-restricted products. FANG LLC reserves the right to:
Request additional documentation to verify age or identity before processing an order
Place an order on hold pending verification
Cancel any order where satisfactory verification cannot be obtained
Delays resulting from the verification process are not the responsibility of FANG LLC.
Purchaser Certifications
By placing an order for any firearm, ammunition, or other age-restricted product, you certify under penalty of law that:
You are a United States citizen
You meet the minimum age requirement for every item in your order
You have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year
You have never been adjudicated as mentally defective or committed to a mental institution
You have never been a fugitive from justice or an unlawful user of a controlled substance
You have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces
You have never renounced your US citizenship
You have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
You have never been subject to a court order restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening any individual
You are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms or ammunition under any local, state, or federal law
You are purchasing this product for your own lawful use and not on behalf of any prohibited person (straw purchase prohibition)
You understand that these certifications are made under penalty of federal law and that making a false statement in connection with a firearms or ammunition purchase is a federal felony under 18 U.S.C. § 922
Straw Purchase Prohibition
Federal law prohibits purchasing a firearm or ammunition on behalf of another person who is prohibited or ineligible to purchase it themselves. This is known as a "straw purchase" and is a federal felony under 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6). By placing an order, you certify that you are the actual buyer and end user of all items in your order, and that you are not acquiring these items for transfer to any prohibited person. FANG LLC will report suspected straw purchases to the ATF and appropriate law enforcement authorities.
False Certification
Providing false age, identity, or eligibility information in connection with a firearm or ammunition purchase is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 922 and may also violate applicable state law. Penalties can include imprisonment of up to 10 years, substantial fines, and permanent loss of firearm rights.
FANG LLC cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Any order suspected of involving false certification will be immediately canceled, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities. FANG LLC reserves the right to pursue all available civil and criminal remedies against individuals who provide false certifications.
FFL Transfer Requirements
All firearm purchases by non-FFL customers must be transferred through a federally licensed FFL dealer. The FFL dealer is required by federal law to:
Verify your identity using a government-issued photo ID
Have you complete ATF Form 4473 (Firearms Transaction Record)
Conduct a NICS (National Instant Criminal Background Check System) background check prior to transferring the firearm to you
No firearm sale is final or complete until all applicable federal, state, and local transfer requirements have been satisfied, including a successful background check. FANG LLC is not responsible for any transfer denial resulting from a failed background check, and no refund of transfer fees charged by your FFL dealer will be issued. Applicable cancellation and restocking fees as described in the Terms & Conditions may apply to orders that cannot be completed due to a failed background check.
Waiting Periods
Some states impose mandatory waiting periods between the purchase and transfer of a firearm. You are responsible for knowing and complying with any waiting period laws applicable in your state. FANG LLC is not responsible for delays caused by state-mandated waiting periods, and no cancellation fees will be waived solely on the basis of a waiting period.
State-Specific Restrictions
Age requirements and eligibility restrictions vary by state and may be more restrictive than federal minimums. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your state of residence and the state where the transfer will occur. FANG LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where state law imposes restrictions that cannot be satisfied. Please refer to the Legality section of FANG LLC's Terms & Conditions for additional information.
FANG LLC Rights
FANG LLC reserves the right to:
Refuse any order where age or eligibility cannot be verified to our satisfaction
Place any order on hold pending additional verification
Cancel any order suspected of involving a prohibited purchaser or false certification
Cancel any order destined for a jurisdiction where the item is prohibited or restricted
Report suspected fraudulent age certification, straw purchases, or other illegal activity to the ATF, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities
Modify this policy at any time to comply with changes in applicable law
Safe Storage Recommendation
FANG LLC strongly encourages all firearm owners to store firearms safely and responsibly, including the use of gun safes, trigger locks, or other secure storage devices, particularly in households with minors. Unsecured firearms in the home pose significant safety risks. Please visit www.atf.gov for safe storage resources.
