SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY – FANG LLC

FANG LLC ships firearms, ammunition, and related products only in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local law, as well as carrier rules and FANG LLC internal compliance procedures. By placing an order at fangllc.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping & Returns Policy, the Terms & Conditions, the Age Verification Policy, and the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall govern.
Shipping Overview
Items in your order may ship from multiple warehouses and may arrive in separate packages on different dates. As appropriate and legally required, items will be shipped either to the licensed FFL dealer designated for your order or to the customer shipping address you provide at checkout.
FANG LLC ships within the United States only. We do not export products internationally, and customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any item ordered may be lawfully shipped to and received in their jurisdiction.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods are selected at FANG LLC's sole discretion, subject to applicable law, carrier rules, product type, and destination restrictions.
Rifles and shotguns — UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS where legally permitted and operationally appropriate
Handguns — UPS Air, FedEx Express, or other lawful carrier/service permitted at the time of shipment, at FANG LLC's sole discretion
Ammunition — UPS Ground or FedEx Ground only; no PO Box addresses
Accessories and non-regulated items — UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS, or other available carrier methods at FANG LLC's discretion
FANG LLC reserves the right to change carriers, shipping methods, or service levels without notice where necessary for legal compliance, cost, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
Shipping Compliance Requirements
All firearms shipped by FANG LLC will be shipped unloaded, securely packaged, and in a manner intended to comply with federal law, carrier requirements, and industry safety practices. Outer packaging will not be marked in a way that identifies the contents as firearms, ammunition, or other regulated products, except as required by law or carrier rules.
Firearms and ammunition will not be shipped in the same package in order to comply with applicable carrier, safety, and regulatory requirements. Ammunition shipments must comply with applicable carrier and hazardous materials handling requirements.
FANG LLC does not ship to PO Boxes for firearms or ammunition. Carrier holds, rerouting, address changes after shipment, and alternate delivery locations are not permitted for firearm shipments.
Processing & Delivery
Most orders ship within 24 business hours of placement, but processing times are estimates only and may be extended due to fraud review, age verification, FFL verification, regulatory review, inventory transfers, weather, carrier delays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside FANG LLC's control.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
State and Local Restrictions
Firearms, ammunition, magazines, receivers, frames, parts kits, and related accessories may be restricted or prohibited in certain states, counties, cities, or local jurisdictions. FANG LLC reserves the right to refuse, hold, modify, or cancel any order that appears to violate federal, state, or local law, or that cannot be lawfully completed under the laws of the shipping destination or transfer location.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to know the laws applicable to their jurisdiction before placing an order. FANG LLC is not responsible for customer errors regarding state or local restrictions, FFL acceptance policies, or transfer eligibility.
If a firearm normally includes a magazine or accessory that is prohibited in your jurisdiction, FANG LLC may remove the prohibited item before shipment with no price adjustment or discount, or may cancel the order if compliance is not reasonably possible.
Orders containing regulated items may also be canceled if the selected FFL will not accept the transfer, the FFL license is invalid or expired, the FFL address does not match records, or the transfer otherwise cannot lawfully proceed.
Free Shipping
Free shipping offers apply to the continental 48 states only unless expressly stated otherwise. No free shipping is available to Alaska or Hawaii unless specifically offered.
If an order that received free shipping is returned or refused, FANG LLC may deduct its actual outbound shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any applicable restocking fee from the refund.
Firearm Shipments
Firearms ship only to the address listed on the FFL or C&R license on file, where legally applicable. All firearm shipments require adult signature upon delivery and may also require direct signature service at FANG LLC's discretion.
Firearms cannot be held at a carrier hub, rerouted, or shipped to alternate delivery addresses. If no eligible adult is available to sign and the shipment is returned, you are responsible for return shipping costs, carrier charges, and any applicable cancellation or restocking fees.
Due to legal, carrier, and warehouse constraints, multiple orders may not be combined for shipping.
Ammunition Shipments
Ammunition may be shipped only where lawful and only to customers who satisfy FANG LLC's age and identity verification requirements. Ammunition shipments must go by lawful ground methods and may not be combined in the same package as firearms.
Some jurisdictions require ammunition to be shipped to an FFL or licensed ammunition vendor, while others prohibit direct shipment entirely. FANG LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any ammunition order that cannot be lawfully completed.
All ammunition sales are final. No returns or exchanges on ammunition.
FFL Transfer Requirements
All firearm purchases by non-FFL customers must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer or eligible C&R holder where applicable. The customer is solely responsible for contacting the selected FFL before ordering to confirm:
The dealer will accept the transfer
The dealer's address matches the address listed on file
The dealer remains open and in good standing
The amount of the transfer fee
Whether any state-specific forms, permits, waiting periods, or additional documentation are required
The receiving FFL dealer must conduct all legally required transfer procedures, including identity verification, ATF Form 4473 completion, and any required NICS background check before transfer to the customer.
FANG LLC is not responsible for transfer denials, delays, additional state requirements, waiting periods, or transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL.
Failed Background Checks and Transfer Denials
If a customer fails a background check, is denied transfer, refuses transfer, or is otherwise legally unable to receive a firearm after shipment to the receiving FFL, the firearm may be returned to FANG LLC only in compliance with law and the receiving FFL's procedures.
In those cases, any refund will be reduced by:
Original outbound shipping charges
Return shipping charges
Any carrier charges incurred
Any applicable 15% restocking fee
Any non-refundable payment processing fees, including the 3% credit card refund fee where applicable
Transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL are never refundable under any circumstances.
Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance may be offered at $1.50 per $100 of item value. Insurance charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Coverage ends upon delivery as shown by carrier tracking, unless otherwise required by the insurer's terms. If insurance is not purchased, FANG LLC bears no responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit.
All claims for lost, damaged, or missing shipments must be submitted in writing to FANG LLC within the earlier of:
3 days after delivery, or
15 days after the shipping date
FANG LLC may require proof of loss or damage, including photographs, packaging retention, carrier documentation, or return of damaged contents. All claims are subject to carrier and/or insurer approval and are limited to the order subtotal including shipping, but excluding insurance premiums and other fees.
Inspecting Your Order
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt and before completing any FFL transfer where applicable. Missing items, damaged items, and shipping discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of delivery by calling or emailing FANG LLC with your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.
No returns or claims for cosmetic issues on firearms will be accepted once the firearm has been transferred by your FFL to you. Always inspect firearms prior to accepting transfer.
Incorrect Items Shipped
If FANG LLC ships an incorrect item or additional merchandise in error to you or your FFL, you agree to notify FANG LLC promptly and either return the item or pay for it if you wish to retain it, where lawful. FANG LLC will provide a prepaid return label for items shipped in error when return is authorized.
You may not keep incorrectly shipped regulated items without FANG LLC's written authorization and legal ability to complete that transfer.
Refused and Returned Packages
Refused packages are subject to return shipping charges. Packages returned to sender for any reason — including refused delivery, undeliverable address, failure to sign, FFL refusal, or customer failure to complete required transfer steps — will be refunded only after the item is returned to and inspected by FANG LLC.
Any such refund will be reduced by:
Original shipping charges
Return shipping charges
Any applicable restocking fee
Any applicable 3% credit card refund fee
FANG LLC is not responsible for packages returned due to refused delivery, incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer, or the customer's failure to complete legal transfer requirements.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in accordance with this policy and the Terms & Conditions.
No returns accepted after 15 days from the delivery date
You must call to obtain an RMA # before returning any merchandise; packages without an RMA # may be refused
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in all cases except where FANG LLC shipped the wrong item
All returned items must be in the same condition as shipped and must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation
Include your RMA #, reason for return, name, address, phone number, email, and a copy of your invoice
For items covered by a manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer directly unless otherwise instructed by FANG LLC
No returns on parts kits for any reason, including missing or damaged parts
No returns on ammunition; all ammunition sales are final
No returns for cosmetic issues once a firearm has been transferred by your FFL; always inspect prior to transfer
Firearms returned for any lawful reason must be unloaded and may not contain any live ammunition; do not ship live ammunition with any return
FANG LLC reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving any refund, exchange, or store credit.
In-Store Refunds Only
The refund timing provisions below apply to in-store purchases only. Online orders are governed by the cancellation, refused package, return, and restocking provisions in this Shipping & Returns Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
Refunds within 90 days of purchase will be issued in the original payment method
Refunds after 90 days will be issued as store credit
Credit card refunds are subject to a 3% return fee
Non-Refundable Charges and Items
The following are not refundable under any circumstances unless required by law:
Shipping charges
Return shipping charges
Transfer fees charged by your FFL dealer
Shipping insurance premiums once the order has shipped
Ammunition
Parts kits
Any fee expressly identified as non-refundable in the Terms & Conditions
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee applies to returns deemed without reasonable cause or where the product conforms to its advertised condition. FANG LLC may also deduct actual outbound shipping, return shipping, and payment processing costs from any refund where permitted by this policy and the Terms & Conditions.
Exchanges
When returning an item for exchange, include estimated replacement shipping costs with your return. All returned items must be in original condition, and FANG LLC reserves the right to inspect and evaluate merchandise before approving any exchange.
Exchanges are not available for ammunition, parts kits, or firearms with claimed cosmetic issues after FFL transfer has been completed.
