FANG LLC is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. Our customers are the lifeblood of our business as well as all small businesses, and we will ensure we're your partner starting with our first introduction and continuing through the years of joy and sense of protection shooting sports and self-defense brings to all of us.
By placing an order at FANGLLC.com, checking the acceptance box at checkout, or otherwise using this website, you acknowledge, agree to, and accept the following Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not place an order or use this website.
Legality
It is your responsibility to know the legality of the items you are ordering. Some items for sale on our website may be restricted to adults and/or restricted due to the area in which you reside. These items include, but are not limited to, ammunition, firearms, and magazines. YOU, the customer, are responsible for verifying the legality of the item(s) you are ordering prior to placing your order. FANG LLC will not be held responsible for any items refused by your FFL.
FANG LLC will not be held responsible for any items that were legal to purchase at the date the order was placed but subsequently became restricted or illegal before receipt of goods. FANG LLC will attempt to cancel such orders upon customer request; however, if the order is already in-process or has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. FANG LLC will waive restocking fees on orders of this nature.
FANG LLC reserves the right to cancel, block, or refuse any order destined for a jurisdiction where the item is restricted or prohibited by local, state, or federal law. If an order is canceled due to jurisdictional restrictions after payment is processed, you will be refunded the purchase price minus any non-refundable cancellation fees outlined in this Agreement. No refund of restocking fees will be withheld in this specific circumstance.
Age Verification
FANG LLC is required by law to verify the age and eligibility of customers purchasing age-restricted items, including ammunition and firearms. By placing an order for any such item, you represent that all information you provide — including your date of birth, driver's license number, and any other identifying information — is accurate, complete, and truthful.
Providing false information for the purpose of purchasing a firearm, ammunition, or other age-restricted item may constitute fraud and/or a federal felony. FANG LLC reserves the right to cancel any order where age or identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction. FANG LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the verification process.
Ammunition Purchases
If purchasing ammunition, you understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following:
You MUST be a US citizen
You MUST be 21 years old to order any ammunition from FANG LLC
Your date of birth and driver's license information must be provided when purchasing
You have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year
You have never been adjudicated as mentally defective or committed to a mental institution
You have never been a fugitive from justice or an unlawful user of any controlled substance
You have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces
You have never renounced your US citizenship
You have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
You have never been subject to a court order restraining you from harassing, stalking, or threatening any individual
You understand ammunition is inherently dangerous and accept full liability for its use, as well as full responsibility for safe use and storage
Ammunition contains lead; use sufficient ventilation when firing and wash hands after handling
You are not prohibited from purchasing ammunition by any local, state, or federal law
All ammo sales are final. No returns accepted on ammunition. FANG LLC reserves the right to refuse any ammunition order.
Firearm Purchases
If purchasing firearms, you acknowledge, agree to, and accept all conditions listed under Ammunition Purchases, plus the following:
You MUST be 21 years old to purchase handguns and receivers; you MUST be 18 years old to purchase a long gun
Firearms are ONLY sent to licensed FFL dealers or Collector of Curio & Relics (C&R) license holders where applicable
FANG LLC must have a current copy of the dealer's signed FFL or C&R on file BEFORE you place your order
Federal background checks (ATF Form 4473 and NICS) are required before an FFL dealer can transfer the firearm to you; all dealers will charge a transfer fee — contact your dealer prior to ordering. You understand and accept that no firearm sale is complete until all applicable federal, state, and local transfer requirements have been fulfilled, including the successful completion of any required background checks
All orders placed without a signed FFL (or other necessary licensing) on file may be deleted without notice
FANG LLC reserves the right to refuse any firearm order
FANG LLC strongly recommends having all firearms, especially military surplus firearms, inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing
If you order a firearm that normally includes a magazine not permitted in your state, the firearm will ship without the magazine at no price adjustment or discount
You are responsible for contacting your selected FFL prior to placing your order to verify: (1) they will accept the transfer for all items on your order, (2) their current address matches the listing on our site, (3) they are still in business, and (4) their transfer fee
All firearms are shipped adult signature required; if no adult is available and the package is returned, you will be responsible for return shipping costs
Firearms will ONLY ship to the address on the FFL (or C&R) license; shipments cannot be held at a hub, rerouted, or shipped to alternate locations
Export Controls & ITAR Compliance
Certain products offered by FANG LLC may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to a U.S. government embargo or trade sanction, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties, including but not limited to the Specially Designated Nationals List and the Denied Persons List. FANG LLC reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate applicable export control laws.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. FANG LLC is not responsible for typographical errors or other digital inaccuracies. Not all items are as pictured. Importation and manufacturing prices fluctuate frequently.
Sale Prices: If an item you previously purchased goes on sale at a lower price, you may receive the lower price ONLY if your item has not already been delivered to the shipping address on your order. Sale prices are valid for the sale period only and while supplies last.
Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination. You are solely responsible for any applicable use tax in your jurisdiction that is not collected by FANG LLC at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards
Purchasing: Gift Cards are electronic only, available exclusively at fangllc.com. An account is required to purchase. A valid email address for the recipient is required. No physical cards will be issued.
Redeeming: Sign in to your account and enter the promotional code at checkout. Codes do not apply automatically. Gift Cards may only be redeemed on new purchases and may not be applied to previous purchases or used to purchase another Gift Card. Any unused balance remains on the Gift Card account.
Restrictions:
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, recharged, transferred to another account, or resold
Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law
If a return or order cancellation occurs where a Gift Card was used, the Gift Card amount will be restored as store credit
FANG LLC reserves the right to reject, cancel, or correct any Gift Card in cases of suspected fraud or clerical error
Balance Tracking: Check your balance in your FANG LLC account dashboard under "Gift Cards."
Risk of Loss: Once FANG LLC sends the promotional code to the recipient, all title and risk of loss passes to the Gift Card holder. FANG LLC has no obligation to replace lost or stolen codes except where required by law.
No Expiration or Fees: Gift Cards have no expiration date. No dormancy, service, or other fees apply.
Limitation of Liability: GIFT CARDS ARE PROVIDED BY FANG LLC FREE OF ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FANG LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, LEGALITY, OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF ITEMS PURCHASED WITH THE GIFT CARD.
Warranty – Used Firearms/Products
FANG LLC extends no warranty and is not responsible for any damages due to failure of used products. Used parts and firearms are sold as-is, including all C&R eligible firearms. We recommend having a certified gunsmith inspect, install, and/or test all used parts and firearms prior to use.
Warranty – New Firearms/Products
New firearms and products are warranted by the manufacturer. Returns and repairs should be arranged directly with the manufacturer. Most manufacturers require the customer to pay shipping for warranty service. Please expect to be responsible for shipping costs if a warranty issue arises.
FANG LLC Supplemental Limited Lifetime Warranty
FANG LLC offers a purchasable supplemental limited lifetime warranty on certain items. If the warranty is not offered or not purchased, FANG LLC has no warranty obligation on that item.
If the item also includes a manufacturer's warranty, the FANG LLC warranty begins upon expiration of the manufacturer's warranty and acts as an extension thereof.
For items without a manufacturer's warranty (or where the scope cannot be reasonably determined), FANG LLC warrants: (a) newly manufactured items are free of defects in material or workmanship from the original purchase date; (b) surplus or used items are free of defects from the original purchase date, except those defects noted in the item description or related to night sights.
FANG LLC's sole obligation is repair or replacement of defective parts without charge. At FANG LLC's sole discretion, a replacement item or store credit may be issued if an item is unrepairable. Store credit will be at the lower of the purchase price or then-current retail value.
The warranty covers only the item as originally sold. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accuracy issues, or accessories/attachments.
The warranty is void if the item is transferred to another party, or if damaged by shipment, accident, misuse, neglect, improper service, unauthorized modifications, or non-authorized repairs.
Warranty does not include shipping costs; you are responsible for shipping the item to FANG LLC.
The warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the original purchaser.
Repaired items will generally be returned to you. Replacement items may require delivery via a licensed FFL dealer; you may incur additional charges such as transfer fees.
The warranty purchase price is non-refundable after the earlier of (a) 15 days from delivery or (b) the date a warranty claim is filed.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FANG LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY DEFECT OR MALFUNCTION. FANG LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES EXCEPT THOSE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Any action arising from an alleged breach of this warranty must be brought within 1 year of the claimed breach.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FANG LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR PURCHASE — WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE — SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL FANG LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF FANG LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FANG LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of any product purchased from FANG LLC; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; or (d) any false or inaccurate information you provided to FANG LLC, including age or eligibility representations.
Order Cancellations
All orders canceled for any reason will be charged a 15% cancellation fee (maximum $25.00). If a credit card was used, an additional 3% credit card fee will also be deducted from the refund. This fee applies even if the order is canceled immediately after placement.
Orders cannot be canceled by email; you must call 817-646-5252 during normal business hours
Orders in status "Ready for Picking," "Pack," or "Complete" cannot be canceled
Changes to Your Order
No changes can be made to an order after it has been placed regarding items or quantities. If an FFL dealer change is required after placement, a $15.00 fee per order will be assessed.
Refunds
The following refund policy applies to in-store purchases only. Online orders are subject to the cancellation, return, and restocking fee policies outlined in the Order Cancellations and Refused Packages sections of this Agreement.
Refunds within 90 days of purchase will be issued in the original payment method
Refunds after 90 days will be issued as store credit
Credit card refunds are subject to a 3% return fee
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies if a return is deemed without reasonable cause or the product meets its advertised condition
Shipping charges are never refunded, no exceptions
Transfer fees charged by your FFL dealer will not be refunded under any circumstances
Packages returned to sender for any reason will be refunded minus original shipping, return shipping, and restocking fee
Refused Packages
Refused packages are subject to return shipping charges. Refunds for refused deliveries will be minus the original shipping charge, return shipping charges, and restocking fee.
Exchanges
Include estimated replacement shipping charges when returning items for exchange
All returned items must be in the same condition as sent
No exchanges for cosmetic issues once a firearm has been transferred by your FFL; always inspect firearms PRIOR to accepting transfer
Force Majeure
FANG LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement arising out of or caused by circumstances beyond FANG LLC's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, governmental actions or regulations, ATF rulings or enforcement actions, import or export restrictions, supply chain disruptions, manufacturer delays, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers. In such events, FANG LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify customers and fulfill or cancel orders as appropriate.
Product Reviews
FANG LLC welcomes user reviews and content submissions that comply with these Terms & Conditions. Submitted content must be accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and free of obscene, threatening, or harmful material. You are solely responsible for content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant FANG LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, display, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from your content in any medium, worldwide, without compensation to you.

FANG LLC does not sell your personal data to third parties. We implement reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
If you are a Texas resident, you have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale of your personal data. Auctions
Placing a bid constitutes a binding legal contract to purchase the item on the stated terms. If your bid is the winning bid, you agree to complete the purchase. You agree not to bid on any item unless the transfer and transport of that item to you can be completed in accordance with all applicable laws. You represent that you are bidding for your own account only, and that:
You are not a national of or located in any country embargoed by the United States
You are not on the Excluded Parties List, Specially Designated Nationals List, Denied Persons List, or any other U.S. federal government list prohibiting commercial transactions
You are not accessing the site on behalf of any party on such lists
Sweepstakes

Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, your use of this website, or any purchase from FANG LLC ("Dispute") shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except as set forth below. The arbitration shall take place in Tarrant County, Texas, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You and FANG LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class proceeding.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Tarrant County, Texas, provided the claim qualifies and remains in small claims court.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to FANG LLC at [email protected] within 30 days of your first purchase. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
Applicable Law
By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree that the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles, will govern this Agreement and any dispute between you and FANG LLC or its affiliates. Subject to the arbitration clause above, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas for any dispute not subject to arbitration.
Modifications to These Terms
FANG LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available at fangllc.com/terms. Your continued use of this website or placement of an order after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Waiver
FANG LLC's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of FANG LLC.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any additional terms applicable to specific products, services, or promotions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and FANG LLC with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
